Desktop Background To change your lock screen / login screen image, first navigate to your desktop, Windows key and D is the quickest way to get there. You then need to right click on your desktop, being sure not to click on any icons and choose Personalize from the bottom of the menu. First make sure you are on the Background tab from the menu on the left. Once on the background tab you can choose Picture as your background option and click browse to find a suitable image. Remember to pick an image that matches the size and orientation of your display. Lock Screen To change your lock screen / login screen image, again navigate to your desktop and right click on it. Again choose Personalize from the menu and click Lock Screen from the left side menu. Once here you can choose Picture as your lock screen background and navigate to a suitable picture using the Browse button. You can also chose to switch on the 'facts, tips, tricks and more' option which will overlay Microsoft tips on your lock screen.
